# Math latex that is not supported

Are there math latex symbols that the CL doesn’t support? For example, I would like my students to type the domain of the function x/(x-3) as (-∞,3)U(3,∞). Can that happen?

The short answer to your firat question is “Yes”. CL does not support all LATeX.
A longer answer to your second question is “Yes, but you need to be a bit clever with the way you prompt the students and how you define the correct sink.”
