Multi choise component

Is there a CL function that can disable one (i.e first) choise of a multi choise component?
I"m trying to add A picture to ilustrate the question of A multi choise, hebce i thought to use the first choise for the question with text and image.

I donโ€™t believe automatically disabling a choice is possible, but could you just add a media component to add the image?

thanks and appreciate the suggestion. I thought it would be much more efficient to have the Q text separate from the image. Hence instead of Note + Media + Multi Choice to have just the first choice as the question.
