I think most people already know this but for the next 2 days Amplify will be doing maintenance or something on their website, causing you to not be able to sign in into your account.
Just making sure mods+admins don’t get bombed with ‘I can’t sign in’ reports.
I tried logging in, using teacher.desmos and everything seems to change to Amplify. I can’t find my classroom activities, can’t log in, I keep getting redirected to the homepage (Amplify).
I’ve got activities for tomorrow and I wanted to assign them today. Any help? Please.
I sent a mail to the support team and it was resolved today.
"Hello Avitechnologies,
We appreciate you reaching out to Amplify Technical Support.
We have reviewed this issue concerning Amplify Desmos Math access. It seems the problem was due to the account being misclassified as a student, rather than a teacher. Our Engineering team has fixed the error and re-added the classes. You should now be able to log in.
This should now be resolved. Please reply to this email within 2 business days with any questions or concerns. Thank you!"
That was the email i received today.
So, i just checked, I can log in and my activities are intact.
