Congruent Symbol latex

I’m trying to get a congruent symbol to appear as a choice in my ordered list:

itemContent(6): "ASA \\cong "

but that shows up as just ASA. What did I miss?

I copy and pasted this ≅ from a google search and it works.

Well, why didn’t I just try that… wow, that was simple, thanks!!!

That’s my go to attempt for any symbol now. I also save them in a word doc for later use.

Also works for “choice”.
We were trying to insert right arrows (to denote transformation rules).

I also discovered I can use Google Doc to insert a symbol from the insert menu. Then copy and paste that into Desmos!

Great Idea to save a doc thats what I am going to do.

But why can’t desmos use latex short cuts like DeltaMath
