I was trying to upload a gif to a media component that I made using canva, and I get the error message: “Error Uploading File. Check your internet connection?”
My internet connection is just fine (I’m able to post this)
The only issue I could see was that a pop-up occurred while I was downloading my file in Canva that asked me if I could download multiple files and I checked no. I checked my Microsoft Edge settings and reset the permissions for Canva so it should not longer be an issue but I still can’t upload the file. It is 47k kb so I know it is less than the 100mb limit.
