"Correct" CL export for Polypad Input Tile

I am working in authoring mode for Polypad. When I try to select “correct” for the CL export for the input tile the information is cleared when I re-open the polypay. This only happens when I use the “correct” CL export, not when I use an export such as “solution” or “color”. This can be seen on slides two and three of the activity attached.

I am just trying to get a checkmark on the dashboard and would love some help figuring this out!
