How to input multiple functions

How to input multiple functions into the same graph screen?

I’m not quite sure what you mean by that. Can you give me an example of what you’re trying to do and where you’re running into problems?

Hi Jay,

Here is a screen shot of what I am trying to do. I would like to have students input 3 functions: f, g, and h and have all 3 graphs appear on the same screen.

The blue text was added by me to help explain what I am trying to do.

Thank you,

Dave

Ok, that makes total sense now. I would use a table for multiple inputs. You can make a one-column table and use initialCellContent for the f(x)=, g(x)=, and h(x)= or you can make two columns. I’d recommend the first approach and use one column to indicate the form you’d like them to enter.

Jay,

I am still learning how to use CL and do not understand how to set up a page using initialCellContent. Would you be able to send me an example that I can see and use as a template.

Thank you,

Dave

Sure thing. Here you go:

Perfect! That’s just what I needed to get me going.

Thanks so much Jay!
