I’ve seen the documentation reference it as LaTeX, but also sometimes Latex. In error messages, it’s Latex. Usually in CL people say ‘Latex’, but I’ve also seen in comments it’s LaTeX. The official name is LaTeX but since using capital letters takes some time … it is common to simply write Latex or latex.
