You can just find the y coordinate of the morse code “line”, then play a tone at that coordinate. When it breaks off, just disable the tone using a restriction.

Did you try pressing the unmute button on the top bar to the right of the dark grey plus and the unmute button on your computer? Did you also try making sure the tone value is in the playable range on your computer (typically 20-20000 Hz)?
