Not able to click on dragging points horizontally AND vertically

I have edited the following activity that I found from someone else. On screen 4, I would like my students to be able to drag the points horizontally and vertically so they can edit any of the points that are not correct after clicking the submit button. When I go to the graph, I cannot select the option that would allow my students to drag the points in all directions. I’m not sure why I can’t select the last drag option. Please help.

When you put restrictions into points, it will lock that value and not allow that coordinate to be draggable, in the same way adding a restriction to a slider converts it to a static variable.

As an alternative, you can hide the points by defining the opacity like below. The only caveat is that you can still interact with it even though it’s not visible. That may not be an issue here though.
