I was wondering what the default speed of the animations are. Like is it a certain number of steps per second. I was hoping to build a tool that helps students visualize related rates, but if I set t as a time slider, it can’t also be used as an independent variable for functions to use for a derivative, at least so far as I can tell now. So, I think my best option is to model this separately if I have exact information at the speeds at which the slider values are changing. Any help is appreciated.
