Collecting data from a class and then create sampling distribution chart/graph

I have a lesson I wish to re-imagine using Desmos.
Students will find averages. That answer, I would like to use to collect all entries from the class to create a graph of the statistical measures.
Here’s the lesson
My focus is on looking at data and discourse.
Even if you have seen another lesson similar to this which I can look at the coding, it would help me get started. Thank you!
