How does one create, edit, or delete Activity Screen Groups? They look like this, where the Group Name here is simply Activity 1

The only insight I have is that I once asked this question and I was told that it was available only to the official Desmos activity authors for their curriculum. I think it’s mainly there as a guide to the teachers who run the activity at this stage.
I thought as much, thanks for that.
I’m hoping there is a way to delete or modify those bits as if there’s a screen I like and I copy it over to a different activity, it unfortunately inherits those grouping titles.
