Creating, Editing, Deleting Screen Groups?

Wondering if anyone has insight into this.

How does one create, edit, or delete Activity Screen Groups? They look like this, where the Group Name here is simply Activity 1

The only insight I have is that I once asked this question and I was told that it was available only to the official Desmos activity authors for their curriculum. I think it’s mainly there as a guide to the teachers who run the activity at this stage.

I thought as much, thanks for that.

I’m hoping there is a way to delete or modify those bits as if there’s a screen I like and I copy it over to a different activity, it unfortunately inherits those grouping titles.

I would love to be able to use this in my own activities. It’s a nice reminder when teaching in class where to pace students to. If anyone knows how to create these activity groups, I would love to know.
If it is only available to Desmos Programmers, I would like to request it to be considered to be available for content creators as well. Thanks!
