How can I change the font style, size, and color of text in a script?

Here is what I am working on.

I would like the “Matches Key? Yes/No” to be in a larger size font and the Yes/No in red.

I tried looking at these activities but could not make it work for me.

Last I checked, you couldn’t make the text larger. But, here is the bold and red.
