help with creating self checking inequality slide

I am trying to create a slide that checks for correctness of linear inequalities that do not contain the variable x. I need a students to be able to see if they correctly created the following inequalities and with the following variables. Could some one please help me with this; I have found out how to set it so the checks display on the teacher side but I do not see them in the student screen preview. I would prefer to give actual feedback like "great work or try again, but I spent hours on this yesterday and never figured it out.
