How to insert "learn how to type math"?

I’ve noticed the “learn how to type math” feature in some pre-made Desmos activities. Is that something I can insert into my own activities?

I need students to be able to enter absolute value functions. It would be great to just include that popup but absolute value does not seem to be available. Is it a possibility?

The bars are on the keyboard above the Enter key.
