I’m trying to get Desmos to accept an input of [-1,2). However, when I use this.latex=[-1,2), it does not recognize an answer of [-1,2). I noticed that the code works if they are both parentheses or both brackets, but not if they are different. Any thoughts on how to work around this?

Maybe something here will help. Just note this is older and all double returns (i.e. \\) only need to be single now.
That’s interesting that it doesn’t like the tick marks but will work with quotations. It worked now. Thanks!
I think maybe because when you open brackets, [ , it will autofill a closing bracket, so making it latex does that. Not sure though. Not really in my wheelhouse yet.
