Long text input in tables?

I have an idea for an activity that involves students typing a few sentences of text into a table cell. But it looks like text input is limited to one line, and it gets “cut off” if you type more:

Is there some kind of setting or sink I can use to get the table to allow multi-line text input? (Or does anyone have another idea for how to make this activity work?)

I don’t believe there is a special sink or any perfect solution.
But here are some work arounds that came to mind…

Test it out with some long responses and let me know what you think or if you have any further questions.
