I don’t know what the coding workaround would be for getting the radius or diameter to show up with a conditional I only know how to use show graph with.
You can flip it round into the {condition: true, (false)} form instead and it will work:

I think it also works if you include the restriction next to one of the points instead of after the parentheses:
