Feedback for a Correct Response

I am currently editing an activity on solving simple and compound inequalities. On the first screen (solving simple inequalities), students are informed when they have successfully completed the task once the “Success!” appears on their screen. However, on the second screen, I can’t seem to get the same message to appear. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
