Input.latex not working the way I want it to

the CL for my domain answer works fine, its the CL for my range answer that I can’t get to recognize the right range. When I preview it, it always says that my range is incorrect, even when I type in the right one. What am I doing wrong? Does it have to do with having them type infinity as inf?

I could be wrong but I don’t think latex allows you to mix parenthesis and brackets. The desmos calculator gives you an error if you type in (-inf,5] error message "Expected ‘(’ to match ‘)’. You’d get the same error if you had a number instead of inf

What @SteinSchreiber said. So, maybe try a text input and match text instead.
