Request: hsv in Note

We can render latex with colours by using:

\textcolor{rgb(*,*,*)}{f(x)}

in Note but now that Desmos graph supports hsv, it presents a bit of a problem when attempting to map graph colours to that in a Note.

So, pretty please, support for hsv colour rendering in the Note if possible.

Bumping this up, as it would be rather nice to have this both in the Note and other components.

@Jay Any idea if this is on the horizon?
