Help for a Newbie

I’m completely new to the CL, but believe it is what I need to do to elevate my classes.

I’ve started reading the manual: but it’s going to take me a while to fully understand the richness of the language and functionality.

I’m hoping someone can kick start me with insight into solving the following.

I have a variable called M_FD.

I wish to use that variable as the minimum on another variable’s slider and not have the student change the minimum on that slider.

Can this be done via the CL?

Cheers

Garry

I don’t know how to do it. I assume that you are using a full-screen graph. If the student can see the expression, then they can manipulate it. You could put it into a hidden folder and have the student drag a point on the screen to move the slider. That’s the only idea I have.

I’m not sure if this answers your question. Are you able to share the slide in question? It may be easier for someone to help answer your question.

In my example (slide 3) Selecting point A will restrict point B’s lower bound for x and y values.
