Is there a bug with displaying warning messages on the teacher dashboard?

For example, someone posted their activity which gives the warning message “more than 3 attempts” in the teacher dashboard if there are more than 3 attempts.

This used to work, now the dashboard doesn’t show the message. Just the triangle.

Works for me, you just need to hover the warning message to see the warning string.

I was able to recreate this issue as well, where even hovering in the dashboard doesn’t work. I can see it in an editing preview, but not the teacher dashboard. I sent it to Amplify triage.
